We stayed overnight to allow us to attend a family funeral. Our room was well appointed and quiet. It had all the facilities you could need. The only minor negative was the shower being a tad small and getting into it was not easy, (we are not big people by the way), but not a major problem. We had a really good tasty evening meal in the restaurant with excellent friendly service and enjoyed a good breakfast again with really helpful staff. Hotel is situated by Uddingston railway station which was why I had chosen it, as we had come from Kent by train.

Angels is a relaxed midweek environment with a great weekend venue whether as a pre-club or as a night out. Friendly staff and locals, drink selection is great and the food is equally good.
